We want you to be happy with your purchase.
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all customers, both within Australia and internationally, regardless of where your order is delivered.
Because our products are made to order using a print-on-demand service, each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
– Change of Mind –
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour selection
- Minor colour variations between screen display and printed product
Please review all product descriptions, images, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
– Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items –
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (Australia and international orders included).
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photos of product and packaging (if applicable)
We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
– Resolution of Issues –
We will determine the most appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer laws. This may include:
- Replacement
- Refund
- In rare cases, return instructions if required by our fulfilment partner
Do not return any items unless instructed.
– Return Shipping –
If a return is required, instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise required by law. Tracked shipping is recommended.
– Refunds –
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days.
– International & Australian Customers –
All customers are covered under this policy. Fulfilment is handled through a global print-on-demand network (Printify), and production/shipping locations may vary.
– Australian Consumer Law –
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for major failures and guarantees of acceptable quality.
